Player Development Goals:
I will strive to have the kids learn and enjoy the sport of Futsal & soccer. I want the kids to have respect for the coaches, their team mates, referee and anyone that is associate with the game. The young athlete will learn basic soccer: passing, stopping and juggle with both feet. Learning to pass the ball in a geometrical motion. They will learn basic dribbling by a routine in small sided activities where the kids will not have the pressure of the game. The kids will learn what their strengths and weaknesses are. I also strive to help the kids learn how to communicate within a team, listening, asking questions and interacting with people in respectful manner. The young athlete will learn basic common dress codes and rules of the game.

Core Coaching Values:
My philosophy in coaching is that the athlete will come out in time. So long as they believe in my coaching style, they will prevail over their fear of trying again and build up confidence and strength. We all have the underdog inside us as a player, and we are all not great in every position. That is why I believe in coaching every athlete in all the Futsal & soccer positions. That way they can discover and appreciate everything that is required from all the different positions. This will bring all the team into a synergy of respect and have altruism where everyone knows that they are part of a team and that all need to help each other: Team Unity.

Parent Expectations:
The parent should expect to have their son or daughter to learn the basic skills of Futsal & soccer, safety, manners, rules of the games and to have respect for the game. We want the kids to work hard, keep it clean, and be polite on and off the field.
